KRISTIN ROUSSEAU joined BroadMap in October 2009 as a Senior Project Manager. Her responsibilities include: working with client personnel to analyze business processes, elicit business requirements and develop business cases; transforming business requirements into functional-use cases; and analyzing and improving internal and client processes.

Kristin joins BroadMap from Tele Atlas, where for more than eight years she fulfilled a number of GIS roles including Business Architect, Project Manager, Quality Architect and Operations Manager. Throughout her career at Tele Atlas Kris worked to improve internal processes and quality.

Kristin holds a Diploma in Computer Technology from ECPI College of Technology, a Project Management Certificate from the University of New Hampshire and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH.
